Our shipping process is simple.
The costumer will just have to keeo in mind some facts:
ENAMORATA greets the order only upon receipt of same. In cases of payment by bank transfer only receive the request for the order after approved payment.
The order takes around 24h-48h being sent to the address indicated. In the case of promotions or collection of transition preparation time may be 7 days.
The order is sent by a carrier that guarantees ENAMORATA the best conditions for delivery to the customer.
The status of your order and its tracking number will be sent via email and can access this information in your customer account.

Delivery terms:
You should always put a phone number to contact, and if possible a timetable for delivery of the order. If not delivered, and after three days without being able to contact the customer, the order will return to the place of shipment. And the customer has to pay a new transport to receive it. Report a late delivery:
If you received a shipping confirmation email and your order has not arrived within a reasonable time (consult deadline above), please contact us via info@enamorata.pt.
In case of loss of the order or undeliverable to the recipient, the service anomaly detection may take 14 working days to confirm the occurrence, there is no refund made this period of time.
