RETURNS 

ENAMORATA wants you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, you have the right to cancel all purchases made on  ENAMORATA® Online shop within 14 days from the receipt date. To proceed with the return please make sure you are proceeding in accordance with our Returns Policy.

 

Defective Product Returns

You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or otherwise not in conformity with your order when you received them.

First, notice the defect by filling in the online Return Form, available on My Account, within 14 days from the receipt date. The return must be done within 30 days after you notice the defect. The identification tag must still be attached to the product.

We will fully examine the return product and will notify of your right to a refund (if any). In general, the refund will be processed within 10 working days and in any case, within 30 days of the day that you received the e-mail confirmation of the return right.

In the event your claim is justified as a defective or non-compliance, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs or exchange.

If you want to, we will exchange the defective products by the same product or by another with same value (introduce this information on the  box “merchandise return”)

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. 

This does not affect your statutory rights. 

 

Returning products for whatever reason

If you are for whatever reason not happy with the products you ordered, you may return the products delivered to you within 14 calendar days after delivery, as long as:

  • the products are unwashed and not used in any way (unless we have indicated otherwise)
  • the product is in its original, undamaged packaging (a carefully opened package will not be considered damaged)
  • the product is complete: e.g. both items of a pair must be returned.

You cannot return products that have been tampered with an affixed seal that is broken.

If your return has been made for whatever reasons other than a justified defect or noncompliance of the products, ENAMORATA does not refund the shipping costs.

 

RETURNING GIFTS

At the moment, we cannot offer a product return to the person who has received it as a gift. In order to return the product, please contact the person who purchased the product for you and ask them to follow the procedure for returning orders as stated.

 If your return has been made for whatever reasons other than a justified defect or noncompliance of the products, ENAMORATA does not refund the shipping costs.

In the event your claim is justified as a defective or non-compliance, we will pay for the ship-to and return-shipping costs or exchange.

Refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment.

 


HOW TO PROCEED:

1st Step: Fill in the online Return Form 
Go to the website store and log in.

Select My orders on My Account;

Choose your order and Click on Details;

Select the item and quantities you want to return.

          In the box “merchandise return”:

  1. Indicate why you are returning the item (Defective product return or  whatever reason)
  2. Write the address where the order should be lifted and, if paid by bank transfer, please tell us your NIB, so we can make the return.


Select  “Make an RMA slip” and wait for the email confirmation. 

2nd Step: Place the article in the box
You can use the original packaging where the goods were delivered or other packaging, since it is not damaged.
In case you decided to use the original packaging, please empty it and just put the item you want to return.
Close the box and stick it.

3rd Step: Collect the article
The logistics provider will collect your order in the next useful day. (The collections are not made on holidays and weekends.)
 
4th Step: Refund
After fully examine the product we will notify you of your right to a refund (if any). The refund will be issued based on the original form of payment. 

 

Our right to not accept your order or cancel your purchase

 We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason. We also reserve the right to cancel any purchase (an order already accepted by us) in certain situations, without being liable for any damage or costs. Please, for more information read Terms & Conditions.
